We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

✅ Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
✅ Must include all parts, hardware, and manufacturer documentation
✅ Must have the original receipt or packing slip

Fees & Deductions

🔹 20% Restocking Fee applies to all refunds
🔹 If the item was originally shipped with free shipping, an additional 20% (or actual shipping cost, whichever is lower) will be deducted from the refund
🔹 Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
🔹 No returns will be accepted without prior authorization (a Return Authorization (RA) number must be included with your return)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Helmets or safety equipment
Stickers 


Drop-Shipped Merchandise

If your order was drop-shipped (shipped directly from a supplier or manufacturer), do not return it to the distributor. Instead, contact us first at Info@FlexRocksRollovers.com or 404-401-2807.

⚠️ Important:

  • We are not responsible for refunds or exchanges on drop-shipped items returned directly to the distributor.
  • We are not liable for any missing or damaged items returned to the distributor.
  • If a customer chooses to return drop-shipped merchandise to the distributor, we reserve the right to deny further assistance for that order.

Warranty Claims

All products sold by Flex, Rocks & Rollovers are subject to the original manufacturer's warranty. We do not provide additional warranties or replacements beyond the manufacturer’s policy.

If you believe you have a defective product under warranty, please contact us at 404-401-2807, and we will assist you in reaching out to the manufacturer. Replacement or refund decisions are at the discretion of the manufacturer.


How to Start a Return

2️⃣ Get a Return Authorization (RA): We will issue an RA number, which must be included with your return package
3️⃣ Ship the Item: Send the item back in its original condition with all required components
4️⃣ Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
