Thank you for visiting and shopping at Flex, Rocks & Rollovers. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be contacted via email or phone if there’s a significant delay.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.


International Shipping

We now offer international shipping to most countries worldwide!

Processing Time
International orders are processed within 2 - 5 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping prices and may be due upon delivery.

Shipping Carriers
We use USPS, DHL, and UPS for most international orders, depending on your location.

Shipping Restrictions
If your country is temporarily unavailable for delivery due to carrier restrictions, we’ll notify you and work out the best alternative.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  • Double-check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
